I am living in the United Arab Emirates and working with Boultwood Associates as a Quantum and Commercial Risk Consultant. I have a growing interest in Claims Management services and how they help address contractual issues, project variations, delays, and unexpected costs in construction. I enjoy understanding how claim documentation is prepared, supporting evidence is assessed, and financial impacts are considered during a project. I am always looking to expand my knowledge of commercial risk and practical approaches to construction challenges. Outside work, I enjoy exploring Dubai’s architecture and keeping up with major development projects across the UAE.
